1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdtk3 platform and all its services. By accessing this website or mobile platform, or by creating an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in this document:

• bdtk3 may request official documents as proof of age at any time.
• If a minor's account is identified, all deposited funds will be returned and the account will be closed.
• A request to guardians — please take the necessary steps to ensure that underage members of your family cannot access this platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Financial transactions on bdtk3 are processed in a fully secure and encrypted manner. We support the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• bdtk3 will not be responsible if the deposit amount is not entered correctly or is sent to the wrong account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdtk3 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms that users must read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement on the bonus: 20x (on the bonus amount, not deposit+bonus).
• Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after accepting the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• While one bonus offer is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time, unless otherwise stated.
• If evidence of creating multiple accounts or abuse for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 General Betting & Gaming Rules

bdtk3 offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, and many more services. All gaming activities are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet or game decision has been confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game or betting result is affected by a technical error, bdtk3 reserves the right to make a decision.
• Incorrect payouts arising from software or hardware errors will automatically be considered void.
• For sports betting, bets are settled once the result of the relevant match is confirmed.
• Game provider guidelines and rules will always be consistent with bdtk3's local rules.
• VIP Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk3 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your own account.
• Strategic betting for the purpose of bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage).
• Playing games using automated bots or third-party software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Collusion (a pre-arranged agreement between multiple players).
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Registering using a false, incorrect, or third-party identity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdtk3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may also contact the support team at any time to close their own account. Before closure, the opportunity will be given to withdraw the verified balance (excluding bonuses).

9 Responsible Gaming
